Cleaners Organic – Terms and Conditions / Terms of Service

Welcome to Cleaners Organic (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). We provide professional eco-friendly residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Georgia and surrounding states. By booking or using our services via our website https://cleanersorganic.com, by phone, or through any of our communication channels, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
Please read them carefully before scheduling any cleaning service.
1. General Terms
Cleaners Organic reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
By requesting any cleaning service from Cleaners Organic, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
2. Health, Safety, and COVID-19 Policy
For the safety of our team and clients, customers must disclose any symptoms of contagious illness, including COVID-19.
If you or anyone in your home is unwell, has recently traveled internationally, or is under quarantine, please notify us before your cleaning appointment. Cleaners Organic reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a service for health and safety reasons, without liability.
3. Refund and Reclean Policy
All our services are tailored to each client’s needs; therefore, Cleaners Organic does not offer refunds.
If you are dissatisfied with the cleaning quality, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly schedule a free re-clean of the missed areas (with photo evidence). Any complaints after 24 hours will not be eligible for a re-clean.
Re-cleans are scheduled within 24–48 hours and require the customer’s availability to grant entry. No new services can be added to a re-clean visit.
4. Receipts and Payments
Receipts are automatically emailed after successful payment. If you don’t receive one, please contact us and we will manually send it to the email address provided during booking.
Accepted payment methods:
✅ Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
✅ ACH or online transfers (when available)
Cash payments are not accepted unless pre-approved by management.
Payment in full is due at the time of booking. Cleaners Organic reserves the right to cancel bookings with incomplete or invalid payment information.
5. Gift Cards
Cleaners Organic gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. To redeem a gift card, enter your unique code during online booking. Any remaining balance may be applied to future services.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your service at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Cancellations or reschedules under 24 hours will incur a $79 late cancellation fee.

If our cleaners arrive and cannot access your home (lockout, wrong address, etc.), a full-service charge may apply.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in suspension of service privileges.

7. Move-Out / Move-In Cleanings
Move-out or move-in cleanings are priced for empty homes. If furniture or items are left in the home, additional charges will apply.
Cleaners Organic does not remove pet odors or handle specialized restoration cleaning (e.g., smoke, mold, or pest infestations). Customers must ensure cabinets, appliances, and closets are emptied prior to service.
8. Hourly and Specialized Services
Hourly cleaning is billed by the hour at current rates. Customers present during service are responsible for ending the cleaning when the booked hours are completed.
Additional cleaning time or services can be added by contacting us directly. Cleaners Organic cleaners are not authorized to adjust bookings or pricing during the cleaning.
9. Satisfaction Confirmation
Customer satisfaction can be confirmed by phone, email, or text. Once service approval is received, further re-clean requests may be denied.
Complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of the cleaning.
10. Cleaning Teams and Conduct
Cleaners Organic teams may consist of one or more cleaners depending on the job size. We strive to assign the same team for recurring clients but cannot guarantee it due to scheduling or staff availability.
Our staff is trained to be professional, respectful, and to refrain from personal activities while in your home. They are not authorized to perform tasks outside cleaning duties or to use customer’s personal equipment without approval.
11. Pets and Home Access
Please notify us if you have pets. Cleaners Organic is not liable for pets that escape during service.
Customers are encouraged to secure pets before the cleaners’ arrival.
If we cannot access the property due to a locked door, missing code, or other barriers, a lockout fee of $79 will apply.
12. Equipment and Supplies
We provide our own professional cleaning supplies and eco-friendly products. If you prefer specific products, notify us before the cleaning.
Customers may be asked to provide a working vacuum for allergy or sanitation reasons.
13. Arrival Windows and Scheduling
Your cleaning team will arrive within a 1-hour window of the scheduled time to account for traffic or unforeseen delays. Any extended delays will be communicated promptly.
Pricing for recurring services may vary depending on cleaning frequency (weekly, biweekly, monthly). If the time between cleanings changes, pricing may be adjusted accordingly.
14. Damage, Breakage, and Theft Policy
While our cleaners are trained to handle items carefully, accidents can happen. In case of damage, notify us within 24 hours.
Cleaners Organic may repair or replace the damaged item after evaluation. The client must be present at service completion to review and report any issues.
We are not responsible for items not properly secured or for wall décor hung with non-permanent adhesives.
Suspected theft must be reported to us immediately and may require law enforcement involvement.
15. Health, Safety, and Limitations
Our cleaners do not:

Work at heights over two ladder steps

Move heavy furniture or appliances

Handle hazardous materials, body fluids, or pet waste

Perform tasks outside the cleaning scope
Cleaners Organic reserves the right to refuse or stop service in unsafe or unsanitary environments.
16. Before and After Photos
For quality control and proof of work, Cleaners Organic may take before-and-after photos of the cleaned areas. These may be used for internal training or marketing but will never include identifiable personal information.
If you wish to opt out, please contact us before your appointment.
17. Hoarding, Construction, or Hazardous Environments
Homes with excessive clutter, hoarding, or post-construction debris will be reclassified to an hourly cleaning rate. Cleaners Organic reserves the right to decline service if conditions are deemed unsafe.
18. Insurance and Liability
Cleaners Organic is a fully insured cleaning company operating in Georgia.
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of income, time, or emotional distress) arising from our services.
19. Independent Contractors and Non-Solicitation
Our cleaners may be employees or contracted professionals. Customers agree not to hire or solicit any Cleaners Organic cleaner privately for at least 2 years after service termination.
Violations will result in a $2,000 placement fee or 20% of the worker’s annual income, whichever is higher.

If your cleaning falls on one of these days, we will contact you to reschedule.
21. Stain Removal and Specialty Cleaning
We will make every reasonable effort to remove stains, but some may be permanent due to surface material or age. Cleaners Organic will not be held liable for stains that cannot be removed within the standard cleaning process.
22. Disclaimer of Warranties
CLEANERS ORGANIC PROVIDES ALL SERVICES “AS IS” AND MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or that all services will meet your specific expectations.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cleaners Organic’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service that gave rise to the claim.
Cleaners Organic shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from the use of our services.
24. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable U.S. federal laws.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia, and not through a court proceeding. Both parties waive their right to participate in class action lawsuits.
25. Termination of Service
Cleaners Organic reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these terms, non-payment, or conduct that interferes with staff safety or performance.
